Based in Los Angeles California, Modulate Multimedia was founded by Musician & Director of Photography known as Noir Et Blanc Vie. With over two decades of experience in the music & media industry, from working on high end movies and television projects, to boutique music instrument manufacturers. As a one stop shop for large and small brands, we find what brands struggle with is knowing how to genuinely connect with an audience; the most important factor in a successful campaign. Understanding what connects with people without selling to them is one of the hardest things to do, but that’s what makes Modulate Multimedia different.
